中欧国际工商学院经济学教授芮博澜 ( Dr. Bala Ramasamy ) 接受中新网专访时表示，中国对东南亚的发展发挥着极为重要的作用。依托庞大的中等收入群体，中国成为东南亚重要的消费市场。他认为，中国和东盟之间的关系是友好合作、互助共赢的。 ( 赵丽 )

The role that China plays in Southeast Asia is absolutely important, said Bala Ramasamy, professor of Economics at China-Europe International Business School ( CEIBS ) , during an interview with China News Network.

He added that with large middle-income populations, China is a very important market for ASEAN countries. The relationship between China and ASEAN is friendly,cooperative, and is helping each other grow, he believes.
